RWANDA claimed both male and female volleyball trophies after outcompeting Kenya and Uganda in the East African Local Authority Games that ended on Saturday in Kampala.Rwanda also excelled in the cultural dance and drumming categories after beating off stiff competition from the Masai of Kenya.
