Dear Editor, I am a Nigerian who has lived in Rwanda for more than two years. I have read and understood the requirements and specifications needed for one to acquire Rwanda citizenship. However, I have approached ministry of internal affairs, department of immigration to process my papers but every excuse and complication has been put across to me to make it almost impossible. I feel cheated and tired of being tossed around like a worthless person I appeal to the ministry of justice and internal security to urgently take action towards addressing this issue. Nevertheless, I am grateful to Rwanda government for enabling Rwandans living in the Diaspora to acquire dual citizenship. KIGALI
