RECO should probe corruption claims
Editor, I wish to respond to a story that appeared in The New Times of December 8 where the Director General of Rwanda Electricity Corporation (RECO), Yves Muyange, tried to defend his organisation against corruption allegations. First and foremost, I wish to commend members of the Senate for bringing this matter to public attention.
