Dear Editor, President Paul Kagame seems to be the shrewdest and sober leader in the Great Lakes Region. His idea of military taking control of the political crisis is spot on. The army can go a long way to alleviate the untold suffering the unruly bandits are causing to their countrymen. It is clear that both the PNU and the ODM are the main agents of discord in the crisis. Over 800 people, including two MPs, have been killed but the two sides have maintained their stand! This stalemate cannot go on for ever. We need quick thinkers like Kagame to save lives on the African continent.. KIGALI
