2010 a milestone year for Rwanda – Japanese envoy

KIGALI - The Japanese Ambassador to Rwanda, Kunio Hatanaka, has described 2010 as one of Rwanda’s most significant years in the country’s socio-economic development. He made the remarks, on Friday, during celebrations to mark the birth of the Japanese Emperor. The function was attended by Ministers Vincent Karega (Infrastructure) and Dr Chares Murigande (Education), several diplomats, among others.
