Man held for defiling stepdaughter
KARONGI – A man who allegedly defiled his 13-year old stepdaughter has been arrested and detained at Bwishyura Police Station, Karongi District. Alfred Nsengiyumva, 40, was arrested, last week, following a tip off from suspicious residents, who had seen the young girl spend time in a lodge on more than two occasions.
