Congratulations to the Rwandan Rugby team
Editor, I would like to acknowledge the effort of the Silverbacks (National Rugby Team) for a tremendous job done at the just concluded Confederation of African Rugby (CAR) 15s that was held here in Rwanda. With the support from the rugby fans, the Silverbacks did what was expected of them, registering wins throughout the tournament.
