Japanese envoy encourages cultural exchange
The Japanese Ambassador to Rwanda has said that his embassy will embark on strengthening relationship between the two countries through cultural exchange. Speaking during the launch of the first Japanese films screening in Rwanda at Kimisagara Youth Centre, Kunio Hatanaka said cultural exchanges are important in the two countries’ relations.
