Free basketball camp is cool for the youth

Editor, I would like to appreciate what the Rwanda Basketball Federation has done to keep the youth interactive this holiday. The basketball programme that kicked off on November 20, 2010 is necessary if future basketball stars are to be groomed. Camps have been set up in various provinces across the country. For instance, youth are camping at the National University of Rwanda, in Huye, in Muhanga District and in Kigali at the Kigali Institute of Education (K.I.E), Circle Sport Center and Prime Holdings Kimihurura.
