Service delivery is important

Dear Editor, I find it very sad to see business owners as well as service providers reluctant to attend to customers. There is nothing worse than having a customer with money standing in front of a stall and treated like they were unimportant.Just the other day, I entered a stationery shop in Kigali town and needed a variety of items ranging from manila paper, staples, cello tape, marker pens, glue erasers and rubber band but guess what; I stood there like a log as the three shop attendants chatted endlessly about some incident that was none of my business.
