Churches join city hygiene campaign

Kigali City, on Tuesday, launched a hygiene campaign aimed at involving churches in beautifying the city as well as increasing its green cover. The Zion Temple Church in Kicukiro District was selected to lead the pilot programme.Vestine Mukeshimana, in charge of Public Health and Hygiene Inspection in the City, said authorities were optimistic the church would play a significant role in promoting sanitation.
