Reco clarification on power shortages
Dear Editor, I am writing in reference to the letter that appeared in The New Times of 23rd November 2010, in which one customer expressed his concern about the power interruption which occurred last week. We really understand the concern and apologize for the inconveniences caused by the power cut which affect his businesses.
