Gov’t did well to give us a chance with Bralirwa

Dear Editor, I write to congratulate the government of Rwanda for selling its shares in Bralirwa and for giving the general public a chance to buy shares. On the television yesterday, the Minister of Finance; Rwangombwa said that the shares were being auctioned to the public because originally, the shares were being bought by a strategic investor, something the government wanted to change.
