We need updates on the school milk programme
Dear Editor, A while ago, a very impressive programme to give a cup of milk to each rural child in areas that are still quite impoverished, was launched. The program was met with a lot of praise since children in areas, like Bugesera, which have for long suffered hunger had quite several malnutrition issues.
