VD Frank hopes to succeed after getting a new manager, Joseph Mabirizi, a Ugandan working in Rwanda. “I’m glad I have a manager, who is willing to help me develop my music career,” he said. VD Frank has five singles under his belt, and an enormous amount of talent and skills that he is ready to exploit.
