Editor, I write to you, dear Editor, to extend my gratitude to the First Lady Jeannette Kagame for her work towards promoting the rights of children and women. Our First Lady continues to encourage us to work hard to develop the less privileged and we will continue to support her in her efforts which are in all, geared towards advancing this country.
