AIDS fight and awareness should be everyone’s duty

Editor, Please allow me to express my appreciation to the First Lady ,Jeannette Kagame, for the work she is doing towards protecting children and women against HIV/AIDS.this week, the First Lady launched a four-year action plan to address gender inequalities and human rights violations that put women and girls at risk of HIV infection; a plan that was developed by the National Aids Control Commission (CNLS) in partnership with other stakeholders and launched at Parliament.
