Man hacks friend to death over lover
KARONGI - Residents of Gitesi sector in Karongi district on Tuesday woke up in shock after a man slashed his friend’s neck accusing him of bewitching his lover. 26-year old Noheli Muhayimana used a panga to cut Noheli Hitimana, 27, thrice on the neck, killing him instantly as he headed to hospital with his pregnant wife.
