Take a leaf from RDF
Editor, I am writing to appreciate the work being done by our Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) in supporting the campaign of tree planting in the country. This is really a good idea. RDF is doing a great job in the total transformation of our community, and I take this opportunity to appeal to other government institutions to emulate what RDF is doing.
Different institutions have a lot to learn from RDF.
