Faustin Bangumukunzi, the Director of Studies at the school said the students were all known for indiscipline. He said that the students were supposed to have been expelled, but were given the benefit of doubt, because they were national examinations candidates. “The students have destroyed class room windows and library books. Our lenience has been overstretched…the students will be expelled indefinitely and charged over their actions,” he said. According to Mugabo Raul, a parent, students in the area have generally developed indiscipline.
