Electricity is not meant to be so expensive
Editor, It’s quite shocking to learn that Rwandans pay so much for a few watts of electricity. It’s just now that I am beginning to understand why cash power gets used up almost as soon as it gets uploaded on the electricity meter—mark you that this is on top of the monthly Rwf500 that is deducted from every household that has electricity in the entire country.
