4 Ministers swear-in
PARLIAMENT - President Paul Kagame yesterday presided over the swearing-in ceremony of four cabinet ministers who missed the official swearing-in that took place early this month. Those who took the oath of office included: Justice Minister and Attorney General, Tharcisse Karugarama, Finance Minister, John Rwangombwa, ICT Minister, Ignace Gatare and Gen. Marcel Gatsinzi, Minister for Disaster Management and Refugee Affairs.
