UN Secretary General to address Parliament

KIGALI - The United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, is expected to address a joint session of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate today. Ki-moon and his wife Soon-taek were expected in the country last night on a visit aimed at understanding the progress Rwanda has registered thirteen years after the 1994 Genocide. “Addressing parliament is just one of the many other activities he will participate in today,” said.
