PSI takes testing services closer to the people

RWAMAGANA/KAYONZA - Population Service International (PSI) Rwanda, has taken its services nearer to rural population’s homes, conducting HIV counselling and testing in the districts of Rwamagana and Kayonza. Elodie Ndagira, officer in charge of Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT), PSI, told The New Times, yesterday, that they took the services nearer to the people to encourage more participation.
