Musanze reviews performance contracts

Cell and Sector Executive Secretaries in Musanze District have been instructed to ensure that their daily activities are centred on the performance contracts set by the district. Speaking at a meeting aimed at reviewing progress on the implementation of performance contracts at all levels, the Mayor, Winifrida Mpembyemungu, reminded the local leaders of their responsibility.
