Kagame holds talks with Haiti’s Preval

USA - President Kagame held bilateral talks with Haitian President Rene Preval at the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, which yesterday was addressed by President Obama and President Bingu wa Mutharika. President Kagame is scheduled to address the Assembly on Friday afternoon. Rwanda has deployed peacekeepers in Haiti and recently beefed up its contingent following a devastating earthquake that cost the lives of an estimated 200,000 people. (Photo/Adam Scotti).
