We should seek a better way of preserving Kigali’s trees
Editor, I’m pleased that the Kigali City Council (KCC) and the National Forestry Authority (NAFA) are busy identifying the old trees to be cut down as a way of protecting the public. This timely move is probably a result of the falling tree that caused a fatal accident near the parliamentary buildings in Kimihurura.
