Editor, I think that whoever is planning Tigo’s growth curve is a genius. This can be clearly seen by the fact that it has overtaken Rwandatel as the second biggest mobile phone company despite the fact that it’s the newest entrant in the local market. Now that it has become a favorite of young people in urban Rwanda, Tigo is moving into rural Rwanda as well.
