Rwanda’s envoy presents credentials in Vietnam
VIETNAM - RWANDA’S Ambassador-designate to Vietnam, Francois Xavier Ngarambe, presented his Credentials to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, last week.In a colourful ceremony organized at the Presidential Palace, President, Nguyen Minh Triet, welcomed the Rwandan envoy.
