Fraudster arrested in Muhamba
MUSANZE - A man who on Monday allegedly conned a secondary school student of his fees has been arrested and detained by Police in Musanze district. Wellars Ntakirutimana, was handed over to Police by local defence personnel, while his colleague identified only as Kazungu, disappeared with Rwf40,000 allegedly extorted from the student.
