Niboye drivers should be more considerate
Editor, I live in Kicukiro, in an area known as Niboye where the dust is becoming unbearable because of drivers who seem to be inconsiderate. Through your paper, I would like to appeal to drivers who use dusty roads, to drive slowly so that pedestrians can use the roads too.
