The Polls were peaceful- Rwandans

Jacques Mugisha, a presenter at Radio SALUS What I appreciate most in this election is that we, the visually impaired students were allowed to vote by ourselves. Polling station staff went the extra mile to explain to us the nature of the ballot paper for us to be able to participate in the secret ballot. We have played our part in building a democratic society.
