Ghanaian youngster Prince Jerome Iniesta has completed his move to Etincelles FC on a two-year deal, Times Sport can confirm.
Iniesta, 21, put pen to paper on Saturday, January 14 after passing two-week trials with the Rubavu-based club.
Etincelles enjoyed a bright first round of Rwanda Premier League where they finished seventh with 23 points and the club hopes the addition of the budding talent, who plays as an offensive midfielder, can propel them forward ahead of the second round of the league which kicks of January 20.
After signing the deal, Iniesta told Times Sport that that he looks forward to giving all his best to help the club.
"I am pleased to sign for this great club, the atmosphere is terrific, I cannot wait to start. I will give my best," he said.
Iniesta, who was named after legendary Barcelona midfielder Andres Lujan Iniesta, previously featured for Ghanaian lower tier side 2015 FC.
He is represented by Rwandan football player agent Emmanuel Nduwayezu.
