There is a spare-parts racket here in Kigali
Editor, My car recently broke down while on my way to the Eastern Province. While a car breaking down is nothing special, after all they are just machines, I find it suspicious that the same spare part, that I’d bought less than three weeks previously (at a ridiculously high price), is the same one that caused my journey to be cut short.
