I read with serious dismay about the departure of national team Coach Jossip Kuze. It has become a tradition for the Football Federation of Rwanda {FERWAFA} to change coaches; one would think they are clothes. FERWAFA shouldn’t have let Kuze go, because they know the kind of potential the gentlemen has. This was the same way they let the Ratomir Dukovic slip through their hands yet they knew how the Serb had transformed our football. Kuze shouldn’t have left if he had been given a deal that matched that of the Japanese. The problem with our people {FERWAFA and MIJESPOC} is that they don’t care about the welfare of these coaches yet they deserve respect for their expertise. It’s very hard for a coach to reach a team to a major final like CECAFA, when it’s his first stint with the team. Next time we get a coach of such pedigree, let’s give him utmost care such that our football credentials improve. Nyamirambo
