Tanzanian socialite and fashion entrepreneur Hamisa Hassan Mobetto is in Kigali for the forthcoming second edition of Bianca Fashion Hub slated Saturday, August 20, at Camp Kigali. The annual fashion event is organised and hosted by Rwandan fashion entrepreneur and showbiz presenter Bianca Baby, the CEO and founder of Bianca Fashion Hub 250, to celebrate Rwandan fashion and create a showroom for all fashion enthusiasts. The 27-year-old, who is visiting Rwanda for the first time, arrived at Kigali Wednesday evening, flanked by her manager. She was received at the Kigali International Airport by show host Bianca Baby and event manager Dennis Rwema as well as Alex Muyoboke who is working behind the scenes to ensure the success of the fashion event. Shortly after landing at the airport, she told journalists, “I am here for the Bianca Fashion Hub and I am just here to have a good time,” she said. “This is my first time in Rwanda. I always connect but I’ve never been here before. You have beautiful women and I wish I had a brother,” she added. Show host Bianca hailed Mobetto’s commitment to grace her fashion event shows how humble she is given how she confirmed her invitation to the event with no hesitation. “I am a huge fan of Hamissa’s fashion house ‘Mobetto Styles’ and I thought it’s a good idea to have her at my fashion show where her fashion meets mine at the event. I am really excited to have her at my show especially as the official judge for the red carpet,” Bianca said. Tickets for the fashion night are available via www.rgtickets.rw at Rwf10,000 for regulars, Rwf20,000 for VIPs and Rwf300,000 for a table of six.
