Editor, I have written many letters complaining about the state of some of the neighbourhood roads here in Kigali. However, I have to give credit where it is due. Although the air is fast becoming un-breathable in some places because of all the dust raised by the road construction machines, at least we know that dust will eventually be a thing of the past. I commend the Kigali City Council for fulfilling its pledge to work on Kigali’s roads this year. Ronald MugumeKimironko
