Editor, Please allow me to bring this serious matter to the attention of Kigali Institute of Education senior management. The matter in question is the growing ‘culture’ among lecturers, who are tarnishing the good name of the institution by engaging in unprofessional and unethical conduct, of trading marks for either sex or money.
