Transport derails students’ reporting

WESTERN PROVINCE KIBUYE — Scores of students on Monday failed to report to their respective schools due to lack of travel means. The problem was largely aggravated by the scarcity of fuel which has rocked the country and sudden increase in the number of travellers.
