Good work National Police
Editor, I want to commend the Rwanda National Police for its swiftness in investigating crimes. A case in point is the arrest of a suspect for the murder of Andre Kagwa Rwisereka, the vice-President of the yet-to- be registered Green Party of Rwanda.
