Kagame in Geneva to co-chair ITU meet
GENEVA - PRESIDENT Paul Kagame has arrived in Geneva, Switzerland where he will participate in the first meeting of the recently launched Broadband Commission at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) that opens today.
