Should women be criticised for how they dress?

Like men who feel confident wearing shorts, every woman needs to feel attractive and confident in whatever clothes she chooses to wear. However, there are limitations to wearing specific  clothes like minis in certain societies. Society Magazine’s LINDA MBABAZI talked to some Kigali dwellers who shared their opinions on whether women should be criticised for wearing skimpy clothes .
