NGORORERO - Over 280 residents of Ndaro sector, on Monday joined the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) in order to promote the party’s political, social and economic development agenda. The induction ceremony was presided over by the RPF party officials of Ngororero at Ndaro Sector. The new members bring the total number of the party faithful in the district to over 10,000 according to local party officials. Those who joined the RPF said that their basic motive of joining was due to its development record, not only in the district, but in the whole country. “The RPF party ideals have enabled Rwandans to work for development. I have joined because it is an opportunity to be part of this cause for change for a better country,” one of the new members, Jean Habimana, said. Esdras Mupenzi, a member of the party’s youth wing, urged the new members to work hard towards promoting party ideals in the community. He also encouraged them to educate others to vote for the party, in the coming presidential elections. Ends
