The Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Minicom, should be thanked for its strategy o reserve fuel for emergency reasons like the one the violence in Kenya has triggered.Minicom has also saved the lives of the car owner and the pedestrian altogether. And transport companies Atraco and Onatracom should alert taxi operators on the rights of passengers, especially, the aged men and women.The Ministry has shown its sense for the people and the two transport companies should make sure that taxi operators don’t develop in to extortionists.
