EDITOR, I was shocked to read in The New Times yesterday that Kibagabaga hospital stores drugs in a mortuary! How can drugs that are used to treat people be stored in the same place where dead bodies are preserved? This is absurd, embarrassing and very unhealthy. The doctors, at Kibagabaga, if they are really doctors anyway, must be questioned as to why they let such a thing happen. This kind of carelessness must not be tolerated in an organized country like Rwanda. We must be pushing for world class facilities and such things as drugs in mortuaries only drag us behind.
