Editor, First of all I would like to commend the Mr. Clarence Fernandes for having appreciated the way we deliver services to our customers, in his letter posted in The New Times of June 14th 2010. In his letter, Mr. Fernandes expressed his wish to see the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration changing the entry visa from single entry to multiple entry visas in order to enable travellers use it while travelling in and out of Rwanda. I would like to inform the author and the general public that a number of measures have been set so as to address this issue in the near future. These include reviewing the current visa fee and establishing other visa categories. The Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration would like to renew its commitment to maintaining its highest excellence standards of integrity and professionalism in serving the people.
