MANY people think it is absurd for any woman to get involved with a man much younger than her, especially in Africa. Women who are bold enough to date younger men are often given names, most common sugar mummy. But, what is wrong with trying to find love from a younger man? Okay, he is almost young enough to be your son but he acts really mature and is stable and focused, so what is the problem? It really isn’t that bad when men marry or date much younger women. Take for example the king of real estate, Donald Trump, his current wife, Slovenian model Melania Knauss is 24 years his junior! She might be referred to as a gold digger by some people because we all know that Trump is a walking money making machine. But what would really cause a buzz would be if it was the other way round. Remember Sandra Bullock and Ryan Gosling? She was 16 years his senior and that really created a stir. Madonna and Guy Ritchie tried to prove that not all marriages in Hollywood end up broken. That was until they got divorced in 2008. Some think that an older woman dating a younger man is a complete waste of time. That there is no way that the guy can be serious about the woman. But where is it written that it is like that? Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are still going strong despite the16 year age difference between them. They got married in 2005 and pictures of them together show nothing but love between them. Five years down the road, hopefully they will survive the Hollywood marriage curse. Of course there are those guys who are just out to have a good time but there is a decent lot out there and really into the older woman. These women have seen it all and are more focused and secure in life. Not something most 20 year olds have. They know what they want in life. They are sophisticated and laid back. Some men like that, not some unsettled 20 year old who’s only worry is how to crash the next party or where to hang out with her girls! The most important thing is finding that person you can connect with. Older men are more appropriate but it isn’t always the icing on the cake. There is no point in being with a 40 year old man who acts like he’s 20 and on top of that just doesn’t make you weak in the knees. You can’t confide in him because he never listens and to make matters worse, romance to him more or less means war! If you meet a really great guy even if he is younger who just makes you feel like the most important thing in the world and your instincts plus all the things he does or says make you sure of his sincerity, do your thing.
