Genocide big lesson, Dutch Justice Minister
KIGALI - Minister of Justice in the Netherlands, Dr. Ernest M.H. Hirsch Ballin, has said that the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, teaches a lot to the world. He made the remarks yesterday after paying tribute to the victims of the 1994 Genocide at Gisozi Memorial Centre where the remains of hundreds of thousands of the Genocide victims are laid to rest.
