Editor, The New Times on 28th October 2009 reported that a Vincent Kagenza was seeking financial assistance (Rwf13 million) from the public to facilitate his treatment in India. According to the story, this patient needed a kidney transplant and the good news is that his brother was set to donate the kidney.
