In your news paper, I request the concerned authorities to fix traffic police officers at the Kabeza road junction. Am writing this in regard to the confusion that normally occurs at that junction making many people vulnerable to accidents.Just recently, there occurred an accident on this very road. As someone who saw the incident happen, it was all caused by high speeding motorcycles and cars interrupted by the road under construction since it had pot holes causing vehicles and motor vehicles to over speed.Several accidents have been happening on this Road so we kindly request the government of Rwanda to deploy traffic police on this road before many people loose their lives.
